Love the concept, have no idea about how well it's implemented (I still haven't been able to get it up and running, but probably haven't tried hard enough, maybe I should try again). Hope you all can get together and make it the next big one, wish I could help, but I'm clueless about this stuff. Hap...

Not sure which program you're talking about, but certain meta data seems to be the most common problem, such as data in the comments field or bpm field, at least that's what I've found with songs that have been run through iTunes and loaded into Pinky VST, probably causes problems in the other progr...

Just to add to the list of problematic mp3s, I was converting some files tonight and found that encoding them at 48 khz (which I wasn't even trying to do), instead of 44.1 khz gave Pinky VST fits, very garbled, terrible reading of the waveform. Encoded them at 44.1 khz and no problems, even at 320 k...

I like the new interface, in fact, I like it better than all of the “pro” software I’ve seen, and I have Traktor, Ableton and Deckadance, all of which can be a bit cluttered, even when I streamline the interface, in my opinion. If I could put in my 2 cents worth of suggestions/requests: Would really...

Problem solved by the omnipotent dlpinkstah. New build of PinkyVST has multiprocessor support working with 2 instances of PinkyVST, tons of clips playing and MIDI instruments, no garbled/distorted sound, (as discussed in this thread here , toward the bottom of the thread). This is why you go with th...

Love the new interface, especially the folders and file set up, even better than having a MIDI mappable "load" button/parameter. Much more stable, no crashing, Pinky Pluggo would crash Live if I closed the PP window, and the no pitch flicker, which could also cause crashes since Live couldn't save t...

I had a problem like that pop up out of nowhere, couldn't figure it out, thought everything was set up the same as when I had run successful tests, then I realized there was a reverb effect in the track I was running PP on, and that was messing with the signal, so if you have any effects on the trac...

Re: Pinky Pluggo, version 1.6 beta for OSX: Per-Instance Sav
2) There are some new parameters that you can (and should!) touch. These are parameters 21 - 24 and they are for mapping MIDI notes to the incrementing and decrementing of the scrolling functions in the folder and file list views. Having these mapped to MIDI notes can really speed up the file/folde...

Just got done re-reading stuff, hoping I could find if I was missing something, which I probably am. Everything’s fine until I drop a second PP on to channel 2, don’t even have to open it or load anything, just as soon as it’s dragged over, the sound goes bad, the error metric goes nuts, I can still...
