My U46DJ serial number starts with ESJ051, and your´s, too I suppose ?

I got exactly the mentioned problem, I have THRU buttons I can desactivate in the Audio MIDI Setup, but instead of deactivating the THRU as it should be, Outputs are muted. My unit serialnumber starts with ESJ051. I think the ESJ050 are the old series that should work. To anyone: Never ever buy ESI ...

Got exactly the same problem with the U46DJ. Try to disable "Battery ACPI" in the Control Panel. It helps on my Laptop, but doesn't cure the problem completely. I asked ESI what it is, but they don't know shit about it, and I guess they don't give a shit about it either. Their support is just horrib...

i got the same problem. my metric value is always in the range of 0.5 !! i've got an ortofon concorde and my records do sound really good in THRU mode. what could be the problem here? btw i use a u46dj.
