http://www.aodix.com/pageaodixv4.html I use this if I'm using the vst. To get vst to work u need to set vst directory in aodix settings and in the patch mode add two instances of the vst and patch them to the sound card. Maybe I'm making sound complicated but it is easy enough. There's a good help f...

Hi Mudo, I was just thinking about using a device to control the band loop, band cue points and also the filter in Ms Pinky Maxi Patch. But I can't really afford a iPhone or iPad at the moment so back to the midi keyboard for me :P Also I read on in the above link that you can use OSC with puredata ...

OSC and Ms Pinky
Hi, Recently I've been reading about people using OSC editor and their Iphone / Ipads to control DAWs or DJ applications. Ms Pinky Seems to support OSC, are there plans to implement the OSC as an option instead using the Midi assign? This is the application I'm talking about: http://hexler.net/softw...

Hi, I have been playing around with this latest version and the loop fix seems to be working better for me so thanks very much for that. I uncovered another glitch in the previous release and it is still there... Error: My scenario is when I'm using the cue points, in relative or cue mode (newly add...

Yeah that makes sense thanks. I still haven't had a chance to set up my decks at home, I'll try it out properly tonight hopefully. Also about the midi assignment for each cue point, that sounds like it's a must :D That video is awesome :D Can you assign a midi note to each cue avoiding the need to u...

Mudo : Thanks 8) I think your sound card device is a mono device? Is this the device "apogee one": http://store.apple.com/uk/product/TW753ZM/A#overview If so I think you need to connect to the two inputs if the jack input into the device is a mono input. In the FAQs on that page above someone mentio...

Hi, What I do at home to use 1 deck and control two mp3s is use the VST or Pluggo instance in my DAW. I use a free one called Arguru (http://www.aodix.com/pageaodixv4.html). I connect the same input to the two separate instances of Ms Pinky. Select Vinyl control on the instance I wish to pitch / syn...

New features look wicked, I can't wait to try out with the control vinyl later :D Some comments though: When you hit the play loop button it starts from the start of the selected loop... I would like to be able to hit the play loop button running up to the loop in a track and when it got there it st...

Windows 7
Hi Guys and Girls,
Anyone tested MS Pinky on Windows 7? I'm still on XP and using Ms Pinky VST. I would like to hear if the improved performance rumors of Windows 7 are true for Ms Pinky users.
Thanks
Nelson (Still wishing to afford a Mac one day )

I'm on Windoze, very low knowledge on the C++ front but willing to make an effort to customize the UI to suit my needs. I'm only interested in making some UI changes at the moment. Hoping my java back ground will help me figure out what I need to do. And use some online GUI tutorials to figure out h...
