Great news!
Can't wait to see the new features implemented In the meantime, I'll see if I can update the refdoc draft to include this info in the file_slot entry.
Cheers

Just to make sure - you are using the correct tc vinyl gen setting in your config to match the tc record that you are using? Does your vinyl deck have a way to check that the platter is spinning at the correct speed (a strobe light at the edge of the platter etc)? This would be doable with a mptcfs~...

Mr. SOLO, I've been reading alot about your endeavours with MsPinky lately. I was just wondering, have you tried the buffer method that is used by henke's granulator? That might also be one solution for you.. You might also want to look into utilizing fileslots (2 should suffice) so that you can loa...

Sorry I cannot help much as my M4L chops are quite modest I'm afraid. But I think that there is a way to do what you want by utilizing the observers in the LiveAPI - It should be a matter of slightly modifying the existing "load highlighted clip" section of the M4L patch. Something like "what track ...

Another problem relating to the same thing? I cannot load mp3 files at all into my barebones pinky deck - only wav's or aiff's? Is there a fundamental difference in how the mptcfs_sa~ loads mp3 files compared to the other formats (I'm assuming ms pinky uses quicktime for importing wav's & aiff's lik...

How does the file_slot feature work?
Hi, I'm building a new timecode scrubber that utilizes the file_slot feature. So far I've managed to switch fileslots so that I can load different samples into different slots. However, once I switch the fileslot, the timecode control is still bound onto the first (the default slot, is it slot # "0"...

It seems that at least my problems are not 100% repeatable. Therefore I am assuming that the problem is not in the files or their format.. Gotta dig a little deeper to find out what's amiss.. If only I could keep my hands off the platters for long enough to continue sorting this out :) Will get back...

problems with opening audio files
Hi, I am making a barebones MsPinky TC scratcher/juggler from scratch in Max For Live. Got the basic functionality working, but I seem to have weird issues with loading files. First I noticed that I am unable to load certain audio files. Weirdest thing is that they load up just fine in the original ...

Sound processing ideas for a vinylesquer sound?
Hi, As I am suffering from bad case of scratch withdrawal syndrome (my deck broke down :( waiting for a new one to arrive from mail order...), I thought it would be a good time to check into some sound processing techniques for obtaining a more vinylesque tone with using digital sound files and ms. ...

About the TC audio files and playback at < -50% pitch
Hi, was just wondering about the timecode signals, would the timecode work more reliably if the TC CD was made from wav files instead of mp3 files? So far haven't ran into issues but if wav-based TC discs would perform even better, I'd like to know about it :) Another thing - when I play back the ti...
