Greetings all!

This may seem like a very simple question, but I am looking for the simplest standalone application that will take in timecode and send out midi. Which of the pinky apps would work best for this?

If you must know, I am using a Numark CDx into an Allen and Heath Xone DX. I will be sending the midi I receive from MS pinky as jogwheel control to another application.

Any advice about other easy ways to do this?

Both the Maxi-Patch_AO and _AV standalones put out MIDI messages based on turntable velocity. If the format isn't exactly what you need, you could modify the patches using Max/MSP. But the basic functionality is already there.
