We will have free updates to all our Mac software for the new Intel-based Macs... but I can't promise exactly when. Working on it...

I know the SDK is universal, so I assume mspinky programs will be as well... but I haven't tried it on one.

Nope and you can't use the PPC version, it's buffering badly... :(

I just received my Ms. Pinky records today (the next business day after ordering I might add!) and I wanted to voice my support for the Universal Binary version as well. Luckily, I have an iBook around so I will hopefully be able to get up and running, but I'm very eager to run Ms. Pinky on my MacBook...

DLP always sents out mass emails when a new version is updated.

In addition to looking forward to the new version (any estimate on that?) [sorry to be a PITA], I was also wondering if there were any plans on making any of the softwares handle AAC?

I understand if the answer is no, but I was just wondering since about a third of my 10k track library is in AAC so it would be nice...

Maxi-Patch for intel macs may arrive soon, I guess.

Cycling74 just released (23 June 2006) a beta version of max/msp/jitter with universal-binary support! (Maxi-Patch is based on this)

UB beta version now available

Post by dlpinkstah » Fri Jun 30, 2006 1:33 am

Just uploaded a new version (3.6.4, beta) which is in "Universal Binary" format so it can run natively on both PPC- and Intel-based macs....

Hello! I'm new to this magical world of Pink! I've ordered the vinyl and am anxiously awaiting their delivery. In the mean time I've been downloading all the programs, and playing with them as much as I can without the vinyl.

I'm running a MacbookPro and was just wondering if there are still plans for a Universal Binary of Binky Toy? It looks so cool!
