Hey all, i have been using Pinky for a couple months now, my set up is running Binky and maxi fine, no real probs, except a few skips ere and there.
set up:
G4 Titanium Powerbook- 1GHz, 768Mb RAM, running OSX 10.3.9
Audio Interface: MAudio Quattro USB
Pair of Numark pro TT2's with a pair of Gold Concordes.
and a 4 channel Numark "EM-460" with built in KORG Kaoss Pad. pictured below.

The Kaoss Pad has a MIDI out and i hooked it all up through the Quattro and set it up in "Audio MIDI Setup". i basically want to find out what i can do (if anything) with the Midi Control side of the Kaoss pad in Pinky.
i use Binky most, and it recognizes a "control #" and a "value" under the Midi tab, and changes when i move my hand over the XY pad. but i cant seem to make it do anything. the "map a midi control" button doesnt seem to do anything either. i have had no prior Midi experience, but if anyone has experience with a KAOSS pad or any other XY pads and Pinky, im keen to hear from you. or even if ya can tell me what it could do if i manage to get her going.
