Binky Toy can record it's own output to an AIFF file. It adds the outputs from Group1 and Group2 together, mixed according to the "Group1<Output>Group2" crossfader slider setting. The way to record Binky's output is to select "New Sound File.." from the File pulldown menu. Create the new file on either Group1 or Group2, it doesn't matter. Then under the options pop-up menu in the new file select "Record: Output Mix".

But if you're using an external mixer to create your final mix, you'll need a separate program to do the recording. There are several out there that aren't too expensive-- Audacity is good, and there's Audio Hijack.
