does the splatter matter vinyl control work for serato?
No Serato support

No it does not. Ms Pinky's "Splatter Matter" vinyl will work with Torq (by m-audio), Deckadance (imageLine), and a couple of other DJ apps, in addition to all the Ms Pinky software.
