Scratching Webcam Input

Sure this was done years ago in Max but I never knew how to do it then and always wanted a bash.
No real reason to use M4L but it did make it slightly harder!
It uses the velocity information from the pinky object to alter the speed of a phasor.
This probably isnt as accurate as what goes on inside the object itself.
Feature Request - load/specify a buffer into the Pinky object as an alternative to loading a file.
This would open many doors for pinky inside MaxforLive - ie scratched warped clips
