Custom RCA cable help

I want to solve my issue of wanting play real wax and MS. Pinky at the flick of the mixer switch.

I would really like to make or buy a custom cable to hook up to the 1200s.

So instead of the 1200 outputting just one set of red and whites I want it to output two.

One for phono in on the mixer and one that will go to my pre-amp/soundcard. What is everyone doing to solve this issue? Would splicing and RCA create noise?
