Warp/Predefine pitch to sync audio w/ master tempo in Live?

Hey all Ms Pinky Users/Fans,
Does the Ms Pinky Pluggo have the ability to warp or predefine the pitch adjustment on an audio file to match the master tempo in Ableton Live?
Also, can you set cue points in the Ms Pinky Pluggo?
