Pinky VST 2.2: BUG FIXES!

Post by dlpinkstah » Wed Feb 16, 2011 4:03 am

I've just uploaded a new build of Pinky VST 2.2 that includes some important BUG FIXES. These were very serious, and were causing crashes! Sorry

All registered Fan Club members should discard any previous builds they have downloaded of Pinky VST 2.2 and download the latest build (dated 02/15/11).

And please read this post regarding audio buffer size settings:

is there any clearer instructions on setting up a midi controller?

Inside the VST my nanoKontrol is showing up on the midi tab, but when I click to select it it stays on "none"

If I set it to host and setup a channel in ableton to recieve and send the info to the VST channel I get movement but am unable to edit any of the boxes with 0's in them.

ANy more information on how to set up the new midi would be much appreciated.

It sounds like Pinky VST is unable to open communication with the nanokontrol. As with everything in Windoze-- make sure you've downloaded and installed the very latest drivers for your nanokontrol.

K. It is. Ableton has no problem recognizing it. I've been using it to trigger things inside ableton for a while. And it is showing up in the MIDI tab menu, just not allowing me to click on it.

Is windows a problem?
