What exactly is the O404? Is that an E-Mu PCI-bus card?

yes it is,,it comes with cubase lite

If it has ASIO drivers, then it should work for Ms Pinky under WinXP.
You'd probably need phono preamps, though, to boost the signal from your turntable(s) to line-level before going into the card's inputs.
