is it possible to run mspinky with the ecler evo5 without any further interface?

It does look like an amazing product, but I can't tell from their website whether they offer generic audio I/O support to host computer applications via the USB connection. They make no mention of what exactly the USB connection is to be used for, so I guess we have to wait for more information.

werd. f'real?

I'm curious. Can you describe how you have it all hooked up? Are you actually using the ecler as your soundcard as well as mixer? Or do you have another soundcard and are just using the ecler to mix the outputs from the soundcard?

it is real.

my evo 5 is connected via firewire with the computer. im using the ecler as mixer, soundcard, effects pedal and midi controller. im just using the internal soundcard for the output. it is also possible to use the effects pedal while mspinky runs, and if there is a need can the free controllers be used for midi too.
