can i use mono preamps for mspinky?

hi,

need mspinky the stereosignal for converting the timecodesignal? or can i use one stereo phonopreamp for both decks?

Funnily enough i asked this very question for a completly different reason about a week ago to Ms Pinky, She told me that she needs both channels to work so no you cant use one stereo amp unless you plan on using just one deck
