is it possible use a pre amp mono joe meek with ms pinky phono?
or does anyone knows if the rme multiface soundcard supports phono?

The joemeek preamp is only mono. Ms Pinky requires stereo signals to function correctly. So if you had two joemeeks it could work. But that is not ideal. Your best bet is to get an audio converter (like the U46DJ or the RME RPM) that already has built-in phono preamps so you can simply connect your turntables directly.
The RME Hammerfall Multiface does not have built-in phono preamps, but the RME RPM does.
