I'm sure it will do just fine for Ms Pinky. She's not too picky about the sound quality of the phono preamp. Just be sure to ground the turntable properly to avoid hum. It looks like there's a grounding lug on the unit. I'm glad to see Behringer is offering an affordable phono preamp. I will probably buy one of these myself :wink:

I've been using the behringer pp400's in combination with a focusrite saffire le and m-audio fast track pro for quite a while. Never managed to get 100% crackle-free peformance with ms. pinky or torq.. Just bought a NI Audio 6 DJ and I was amazed with the performance difference (super-steady and without cracks and pops). So, my idea is that the pp400's were causing the crackling issues in my setup...
