Is this a tonearm issue?
On one of my turntables even when the needle is not on the record, Ms. Pinky is recieving a very noisy signal causing the file to play back randomly as if the needle were on the record. It stops when I take the cartridge out of the tonearm. It is only happening on one of my 1200's.

It could also be caused by having different settings for the "Signal Power Threshold" and "Cutoff Sharpness" controls for the two virtual decks corresponding to each of your 1200's. To refresh yourself about what these two controls do, please refer to the "Quick_Start.pdf" file. Make sure that both virtual decks have the same settings for "Signal Power Threshold" and "Cutoff Sharpness".
thanks DL. I have identical settings on both virtual decks in the VST. I am more than sure it's an issue with some sort of feed back inside the tonearm where the cartridge connects. I have used 1200's. Trying to track down the actual issue is frustrating. I will recheck my virtual deck settings as well.
