Post by JammyBStard » Sun Aug 26, 2007 10:20 am

I know this is a really boaring question asked time and time again, but below are the specs of the PC I intend to buy to run my Pinky (already on order) and my Presonus Firebox (already on order). If anyone knows of any reason why its not up to scratch, please let me know!

I am thinking I'll probably scrub Vista and reinstall XP, but I might give it a go with vista first!

The Intel Graphics card on the sytem you describe (the GMA 900) will only support OpenGL version 1.4. In order to use all the features of Maxi-Patch, you'll need a card that supports OpenGL 1.5 or higher. Perhaps you can switch out that graphics card and substitute in another?

Thats Fine I'm not in to VJ, just de tunes...

I actually went for a different machine, I went for a HP, a few more pennies, but I'm comfortable with the spec.

Cant wait to start annoying the neighbor with a hole new array of tunes!
