need some help to get the mspinky m4l patch working

hey,
i bought the ms pinky software a couple of days before because of this pretty nice m4l patch but it still dosent works. i think that i did everything like in the installation manuel. after some research i found a comment that you have to copy all the .js files from the patch folder into max jsextension. i did this as well and its still no working. so thats the point where i need some help.
i tried to give you some links that you can see 2 pictures that i made. one of the patch, the other of the max window. if you need it, just tell me and i send you an message with the links.
