Change Cue Source?

I'm not Max savvy, but I finally got the MsPinky M4L AudioFX working. Prior to, I was using the Pinky Vst.
Is it possible to change the cue source, select channel, start note, and cue range in the Max for Live version? I am having much trouble trying to map the cue points. I'd really like to trigger cue points with my MPD32 or Push. If I have to, I will just use the Vst version. But now that I have the M4L running, I'd like to replace.
