MPTCFS_SA~ object now supports 32-bit WAV file playback

Important Bug Fix! The MPTCFS_SA~ Max/MSP external object, which is the heart of Ms Pinky's Max/MSP audio file scratching toolbox, will now play those 32-bit WAV files that it couldn't before

Why should you care? Ableton records/bounces to 32-bit floating point WAV files. So if these recorded clips are something you want to load into Ms Pinky's Max For Live patch for scratching, then you should definitely get this upgrade.

This bug fix applies to both OSX and Windoze users.

Sorry it's taken so long to fix this!
