Midi out signal

it seems like pinky is slower then quartz composer. there is no refresh rate setting on the input osc reciever in qc, and with the values dropping to zero it would seem the 20 millisecond bursts are a little to slow.

There is an output setting for refresh rate in qc that I have left at the default 25hz. should i set it to 20? any ideas?

I was thinking, how hard would it be to leverage just the signal processor to feed quartz composer. I could probably make the equivalent to Maxi Patch in quartz composer with enough time. This would basically mean a re-writting of maxi patch in quartz composer. am I over thinking it?
