maxi patch prob. different loudness after loading track in

hello,

i tried a lot to get it work right but i cant find where does the problem comes from.

system:

macbook pro 2,8ghz dualcore
4gb ram
osx leopard
audio8 with multicore cables
stanton systems
technics 1210

i have problems with the loudness on the right channel. the left channel works and sounds fine as everything in the patch.

the right channel sounds quite lower and a bit muddy.

the faders on the patch layout are in the same position.

it would be great if anyone here has an idea how to make it work right.

1) Under the "vinyl/CD control" tab, check "Signal Power Thresh" and "Cutoff Sharpness". Normally, they should be the same for both left and right decks.
Please be sure to read the "Maxi_Quick_start.pdf" file, especially section 4.

2) Don't forget the crossfader! This is located between the two file player decks. If it is moved to one side, then of course it will lower the volume of the deck on the opposite side.

Also-- please post screen shots showing all the settings in the "file player" and "vinyl/CD control" tabs for each deck.

at the end it was easy. it seems like the failure was in the eq section.

i switched eqing of and now it works perfect.

..

i have another problem with the maxpatch for live.

the tc signal goes into the soundcard but i cant load tracks. it seems like i miss some sections in the patch layout.

it would be great if you have again an idea for me.
