Maxi-Patch and iTunes

Hi,

I just ordered mspinky, and I wonder if it's possible to drag and drop files from iTunes to maxi-patch..

Under mac OSX definitely. Under WinXP, more difficult, but should still be possible.

what you mean by difficult ? I am under winxp .. I think that my itunes library is in mp4 considering that itunes turns everything I import in this format..I am wrong ?

Only .WAV, .AIFF, and .MP3

As I'm sure you've read on the site, Maxi-Patch (and all Ms Pinky software) only supports .WAV, .AIFF, and .MP3 file formats. We do not support AAC, which is the default compression format used by iTunes. If your iTunes music library is stored as AAC (.m4p), then you won't be able to play those files in Maxi-Patch. However, you can use iTunes to convert them to .mp3 format, which will play in Maxi-Patch. In iTunes, go under the "Advanced" pulldown menu and select "convert selection to mp3".
