The video output window has a grey maxi-patch title bar, and I cant figure how to remove it. I really dont want it to be there when i'm doing gigs. It's pretty annoying for obvious reasons. Can anybody help?
Plus, is there a way to fade .movs to black?

the "esc" key is crucial!
First check out all these keyboard shortcuts, especially the "esc" key:

Toggling the "esc" key will take the video output window in/out of full-screen mode. When in full-screen mode, the little "Maxi-patch" label should be hidden.
Also-- go under the "Ms Pinky & Me" pulldown menu at top and select "Video Output and Recording". This will bring up a little window with a bunch of very important settings that will control the size and other characteristics of your video output window. These are things you'll need to mess around with a bit to get them adjusted just right for your overall system.
