Microsoft Runtime Library Dependency for Maxi-Patch 3.6.8

Runtime Library Dependency: On Windows, Max (and hence Maxi-Patch) depends on the Microsoft C Runtime Library. To use a standalone on a Windows computer that has not run the Max installer or the Max 5 installer you must first run the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86). This can be downloaded from Microsoft (vcredist_x86.exe). An alternative is to simply download and install Max or the Max Runtime. Currently the Microsoft package can be found at this URL:
