how to setup left/right deck monitorin while midi crossfadin

Help.. I'm trying to avoid using a hardware mixer, and was thinking to set up a midi based controller for crossfading, however I don't know how to set-up the audio left/right deck monitoring that'd be independent of the Master Audio out?? anyone.. please help?
