All vinyl shipments are guaranteed, provided the address you give us is correct. If you provide us with an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address when placing your order, then you are 100% responsible if your order gets lost or returned to us in shipping. Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the PHYSICAL product (i.e. vinyl records and/or other hardware). SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE purchases are likewise non-refundable.
