Playing Backwards !!?

I've just got ms pinky n am having a few problems setting it up. I'm using an
emac 700mhz
maya44usb
The problem I have is that everything plays in reverse and i cant figure out how to get rid of the hummming sound of the pink vinyl. Its probably somthing really simle but its been pissing me off for days now so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Backwards playback: this just means you need to switch the left/right inputs from your turntable.
The humming sound: You need to open the "Maya 44 Control Panel" application and mute all the monitor channel settings.

sweet cheers mate. Got it workin now. only thing is that there is a slight delay when i move the vinyl. could this be something to do with a lack of ram cos i've got practically nothing ( i need more money). plus im running osx 10.3.9 panther i think it is.

Masone- I would really recommend that you upgrade to OSX Tiger 10.4 as soon as possible. The Maya 44 especially will work a lot better under Tiger, and you'll be able to get the latency (lag) down to almost nothing.
