$99 M-Audio Studio Pro 3 Monitors...Anyone Used These?

My studio speaker setup is in need of an upgrade, and I spotted M-Audio's Studio Pro 3 monitors for an affordable $99. Might anyone share some pros/cons with their experience?
I have a small-ish bedrooom size studio and don't need anything particularly loud (respecting apartment neighbors).
