Sound Card / Driver Settings

Hi,
Im having real trouble with setting up ms pinky using the maya44usb on Windows XP. I have all the latest drivers and hardware, its really just a case of the right settings in ms pinky and the right asio settings.
Has anyone here have ms pinky up and running ok on maya? Such as input and output settings, if to mute the input etc. Also, out of interest, would it be an idea to set up a page/thread which states settings for various sound devices that run well.
