These new externals feature some very beneficial vector code optimizations for the Mac OSX platform that will cut CPU usage for the vinyl tracking and MP3 file playback externals (MPTC~, MPFS~, and MPTCFS~). Definitely worth taking a minute to download. You will especially notice a performance improvement when doing a rapid backspin on an MP3 file! Also included is the ability to playback 24-bit AIFF files (before only 16-bit files were allowed).
