Absolute control mode does not work

Hello.
I’m new to Ms Pinky.
My goal is to be able to use it in the Max/MSP environment.
I’m now running into a problem.
When I use the « Maxi-Patch_AO » application, everything works fine.
When I open Max and use the « MsPinky_MPTCFS », I’m only able to make it work when the control mode is set to relative. When set to absolute, I get very short noisy random sound from the audio file I’m playing.
I have tried to run Max in both 32bit and 64bit mode, did not make any difference.
Does someone has an idea what could be wrong in my setup?

Could you post a screenshot of the patch showing the error metric reading?

And are you on OSX or Windoze?
