Midi Clock Output From Max/MSP?

With the end goal of making my Pinky vinyl talk to Quartz Composer, I am hoping to convert Ms. Pinky's signal to MIDI Clock values. However, I am having trouble finding a Max/MSP patch for sending MIDI Clock values out to other applications.
There is discussion about this on the Cycling '74 forums, but I cannot find an example patch for guidance. Has anyone else created a MIDI Clock patch they could share?
