Yessss man, I'm still alive
... and I'm still dreaming !! I hope that it won't take long after the release of Live8 in Q2 until they release Max4Live !!! Can't wait for it.
A couple of weeks ago I _finally_ got my midi controller Vestax VCM-600. I hoped that it would be possible to scratch with it as well, but first tests were disappointing. The response of its crossfader is bad. But I don't know it it's due to the midi protocol or if my crappy laptop is just to slow. .... Hope that it's my laptop and that it get's a bit better with a new one !! I don't have a real audio mixer anymore. And scratching is all about a fast and responsive crossfader !! ... We'll see.
